Professor Liu Aijun is a professor and doctoral supervisor at the School of Economics and Management, Xidian University and a member of the expert group of the New Western Land-sea Corridor. Professor Liu received his bachelor's, master's, and doctoral degrees from Chongqing University between 2000 and 2011. He was a visiting scholar at Arizona State University from 2014 to 2015 and a postdoctoral researcher at Xi'an University of Electronic Science and Technology from 2015 to 2017. Professor Liu previously worked at Guangdong Ocean University from 2007 to 2009 and at Southwest Jiaotong University in 2012. He serves on the editorial boards of several international academic journals, including but not limited to SCIREA Journal of Sociology, Macro Management & Public Policies, Cogent Business & Management, and Journal of Convergence Information Technology. Professor Liu is also a senior member of the Chinese Society for Optimization, Overall Planning and Economic Mathematics, and a member of the 10th Council of the Ranking Branch of the Operations Research Society of China.
