Dr. Guoqing Zhao is a Lecturer in Operations Management, Swansea University, UK. Dr. Guoqing Zhao has worked on several funded projects, including EU Horizon 2020 RUC-APS project, European Regional Development Fund funded EPIC project, UK British Council funded project, and The UK Royal Society funded project. Though participating in several EU funded projects, Dr. Guoqing Zhao has built wide connections with academia, agri-food industry, and eHealth industry, such as University of La Plata, University of Liverpool, University of Plymouth, University of Southampton, University of Surrey, University of Lorraine, Henan Agricultural University, and others. Dr. Guoqing received a high citation award, conference attendance award, micro-media grant, Chinese Government award, and best paper award. Currently, Dr. Guoqing serves as a track chair of IEEE International Symposium on Technology and Society (ISTAS23), Track 8: Intelligent Systems and Supply Chains for Sustainable Development and program committee of International Conference on Decision Support System Technology (2023).
